Treasury voucher (Vale del Tesoro) for 500 Bolívares issued by the Ministry of Finance of the United States of Venezuela in Caracas, dated 1 September 1897. Printed in olive-green and black with the national coat of arms and signatures of Alcides Ayala and other officials. Represents government recognition of debt payable through the National Revenue Office, linked to public service funds. A rare and historically valuable document.
