Rare circular note from Ulster Bank Limited, Dublin, designed for travelers and merchants. Engraved vignette of the bank’s classical headquarters adorns the top center. Text in elegant English and French script, printed by Charles Skipper & East, London. A fine example of 19th-century Irish–British financial instruments used internationally. Excellent example of bank-issued pre-cheque travel notes.
