Elegant specimen circular letter of credit issued jointly in Rotterdam and Amsterdam by the Rotterdamsche Bankvereeniging N.V. Rich design in black and red with striking ‘SPECIMEN’ across center. Not listed in Ilkka Mäkitie’s standard reference work. Important document from a major Dutch banking entity later merged into AMRO.
